Cancellations Every sample from The Scent District is prepared fresh for your order. Because each decant is made specifically for you, we're unable to cancel orders once the preparation process has begun. If you need to cancel please reach out to us immediately — we'll do everything we can to help if we catch it in time.

Order Changes Need to swap a size, change a fragrance or update your shipping address? No problem — just get in touch before your order goes into production. Once we've started decanting your samples we're unable to make changes, so the sooner you reach out the better.

Shipping All orders ship within 24–48 hours of payment. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is on its way. We currently ship within the US only. Flat rate shipping is $7 on all orders. Orders over $50 ship free.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders We take great care in packaging every order but if something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered we want to know about it. Send us a message on any of our socials or via email and we'll sort it out for you.

Returns Due to the personal nature of fragrance products we're unable to accept returns. However if something isn't right with your order we'll always work with you to find a solution.
